I'm on my last week of vacation in Florida. Hopefully the rest of the week will turn out better than yesterday. I shall try.
I literally took a nosedive after a hot bath. Was dizzy and trying to make it to bed, but didn't. Had a bloody but not broken nose, and spent last night in the E R on a small dose of morphine & being checked in a CT scan for everything from broken nose & neck vertebrae to brain bleeds. Thank God nothing came up and I could return to parents' home where my daughter was sleeping. Probably overexertion...I shall try to not take as long walks and eat more & much as I like hot baths turn the heat down.
It's really really easy to overdo it living in Florida. The heat saps your strength constantly.
Plus, no matter how you may not like Taxachussetts culture, trust me you won't like Florida any better, it's just more of the same but the other extreme misbehavin'.
